Abu Dhabi International Airport

Operated by Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC), Abu Dhabi International Airport serves the city of Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates. It is the second largest airport in the UAE. In 2008, its passenger traffic achieved a record 9.02 million passengers, up by 30.2 per cent from 6.9 million passengers in 2007.

1. Air Traffic Control Complex Expansion Works

The Air Traffic Control Complex (ATCC) is part of Abu Dhabi's Airport. Abu Dhabi's Airport expansion,planned to increase passenger traffic from the current 7 million to above 40 million per year and cargo capacity to 2.5 million . ATCC is part of the phase 1 construction package and involves the construction of a 110 m high visual control tower built between the airport's 2 runways.

2. Ethihad Limo Lounge - Terminal 3

Having moved into its own dedicated Terminal-3 recently, Etihad Airways is planning a significant upgrade in its services with the soon to be unveiled premium services including this limo lounge for business and first class passengers.
